A note from the founder
Faith belongs in
the decisions before us.
Not only in what we believe, but in how we listen, tell the truth, handle pressure, and care for people.

I’m Rama Douglas.
Founder of Faithful Decisions
Dallas, Texas
I’m a Dallas-based attorney, a father of four, a youth sports coach, and part of my local church community. My work involves businesses and the people behind them. Faithful Decisions brings together my interest in careful judgment and my desire to see the gospel shape ordinary life.
I built this for the moments when knowing the right principle is only the beginning: a difficult conversation, a promise you may not be able to keep, a decision that affects people who depend on you. I want it to help you slow down, separate what you know from what you assume, examine your motives, and prepare a faithful next step.
My writing project, The Quiet Vine: Awakening to the Presence that Abides, explores a related concern: a life rooted in Christ rather than sustained by striving. That same conviction shapes this service. Grace comes before performance. We can admit what we do not know, receive correction, and act with courage because our worth does not rest on getting every outcome right.
This is a tool I created, not personal counsel from me. It offers automated help with reflection and preparation, while leaving room for your judgment, your church, and the people who know you.

Our Christian foundation
Rooted in Scripture.
Centered on Christ.
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is truly God and truly human. He lived faithfully, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and will return. Forgiveness and new life are received by grace through faith in Christ, not earned by achievement. That grace calls us to repentance and to love God and our neighbors.
Scripture is the final authority for the assistant’s guidance. Historical Christian writing can offer insight, but no writer or automated answer replaces the Bible. The assistant should distinguish what a passage says, how it is being interpreted, and how it might apply to your circumstances.
You do not need to know theological labels or belong to a particular denomination to use Faithful Decisions. Bring your questions honestly. Test the guidance against Scripture and seek wise human counsel when the stakes call for it.
