Assistant examples and founding access

The public examples are illustrative, prepared scenarios. They are not personalized advice. Registration of interest is free, creates no purchase, and does not guarantee access. The founding package is a single $29 payment for 30 days beginning when payment is verified. It includes up to 20 decision conversations, each with up to 8 assistant replies including clarification, a decision brief, and follow-ups, for a maximum of 160 replies. Unused replies expire at the end of the 30 days. There is no automatic renewal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Access begins only after we verify a successful payment; a cancelled or unsuccessful checkout creates no paid access. Any operator sandbox checkout is explicitly labeled and does not move real money.

Founding-package refunds and access

Request a full refund within 7 days of verified payment from your access page or by emailing ramadouglas@gmail.com. We initiate eligible refunds through Stripe; Stripe and your bank determine processing time. A refund ends access to new AI replies, while saved work remains available until you delete it. If we cannot deliver the purchased access, contact us for a full refund. An interest registration or a return from checkout does not itself confirm payment or grant access.

Package accounts have a limit of 30 requests per day, including unsuccessful attempts. Failed replies do not consume the package’s included replies. After access expires, you may revisit, print, and delete saved work. Purchasing access does not buy human review, emergency help, or unlimited use.

Using the assistant and invited pilot

The personalized assistant uses AI to help adults reflect on leadership situations and prepare conversations. It may make mistakes. It does not speak for God, make employment decisions, or replace pastoral, legal, clinical, financial, or emergency support. Use only information you may share and omit identifying or confidential details. Decisions, actions, and review of the output remain your responsibility. There is no promise of business success, income, spiritual maturity, or a particular outcome.

The invited pilot is limited to five generation attempts per day, including unsuccessful attempts, to manage cost and misuse. Saved briefs can be reviewed and deleted through the decision journal. Do not use the service to threaten, discriminate, manipulate religious participation, conceal wrongdoing, or harm others. Gospel resources remain free.

Earlier formation-program invitations

The following provisions apply only to a separate, explicitly accepted formation-program invitation. They do not enroll an assistant user in a cohort.

Before enrollment

An application is not enrollment. Your private invitation must identify the actual legal provider, named facilitator, full fee, payment schedule, four session dates, format, and cancellation terms. No payment should be made until those details are confirmed. A service fee is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

Freedom and scope

Participation is voluntary. You may decline to discuss a situation or withdraw. The gospel and free resources are available without payment. No salvation, spiritual standing, business result, or financial return is promised. The program supports, and does not replace, your local church or qualified professional advisers.

Privacy and participation

Do not share names, privileged facts, transaction details, health information, or private third-party stories. Sessions are not recorded. Participants agree to respect one another’s privacy, but the provider cannot guarantee other participants’ behavior. Use generalized examples that you are comfortable discussing in a group.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel by emailing ramadouglas@gmail.com. Before the first session begins, payments are fully refundable. After sessions begin, earned fees equal one quarter of the total program fee for each session that has started. The refund is the amount paid minus earned fees, never below zero. The same calculation applies if the provider cancels the remaining program. A session delivered at its confirmed time counts even if you do not attend.

If the provider changes the facilitator, format, location, or dates materially, you may decline the change and receive a refund for undelivered sessions. Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days; the payment provider controls bank processing time.

Questions or concerns

Contact Rama before agreeing if any term is unclear. There is no automatic renewal or continuing membership charge. Any later program requires a separate choice.
