Who provides the service

Faithful Decisions is operated by Rama Douglas as an individual. These terms cover the automated Faithful Decisions assistant. You must be at least 18 years old to use personalized assistance. Use your own account, provide accurate information, and accept these terms before beginning your free conversation or purchasing access. Gospel resources and prepared public examples can be read without buying assistant access.

One free conversation

Try one private decision conversation with up to three successful assistant replies at no charge. Email sign-in is required. No payment card is required, the free allowance has no expiration date, and it never turns into a paid package automatically. Replies may include clarifying questions, guidance, and follow-up; three replies do not guarantee that every situation can be fully addressed.

Failed replies do not use your included replies. A separate limit of five generation requests per day, including unsuccessful attempts, helps prevent misuse. Deleting the free conversation does not restore the free allowance. Do not create repeated accounts to obtain additional free conversations. Your free allowance is separate from a purchased package. Continuing it after purchase uses one of the package’s 20 conversations, with up to eight additional paid replies; your earlier free replies do not reduce that allowance. Free use is also subject to a daily service-wide capacity limit; if reached, try again the next day without losing unused replies. You can revisit, export, print, and delete saved work.

The $29 founding package

Work through up to 20 private decision conversations in 30 days for a single $29 payment. Each conversation includes up to eight successful assistant replies for clarification, a decision brief, and follow-ups, for a maximum of 160 replies. The 30 days begin when successful payment is verified. Unused replies expire with the package. There is no automatic renewal or continuing membership charge.

Stripe processes payments. Access begins after successful payment is verified; an interest submission, a cancelled or unsuccessful checkout, or returning from checkout does not itself create paid access. Any operator sandbox checkout is explicitly labeled and does not move real money. Paid package accounts have a separate limit of 30 generation requests per day, including unsuccessful attempts. Failed replies do not use the package’s included replies.

Refunds and saved work

Request a full refund within seven days of verified payment from your access page or by emailing ramadouglas@gmail.com. We initiate eligible refunds through Stripe; Stripe and your bank determine when the refund appears. If we cannot deliver the purchased access, contact us for a full refund.

A refund ends new paid replies. After a package expires or is refunded, saved work remains available to revisit, export, print, and delete, subject to necessary account-security or legal restrictions. Purchasing access does not buy human review, emergency support, or unlimited use.

Reflection and professional boundaries

The assistant provides automated Christian reflection and conversation preparation. It can make mistakes and does not speak for God, make employment decisions, or guarantee a business, financial, personal, or spiritual outcome. You remain responsible for decisions, actions, and reviewing the output. It does not replace your local church or qualified pastoral, legal, clinical, financial, or emergency support.

Faithful Decisions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Creating an account, paying, sending information, or receiving a response does not create an attorney-client relationship with Rama Douglas or any law firm. Do not assume these communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. Consult your own qualified lawyer about legal rights, deadlines, employment action, or other legal decisions.

The service is not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or call or text 988 for suicide or emotional-crisis support.

Your information and permission to process it

You retain any rights you have in the information you submit. You give Rama Douglas and the service providers described in the privacy notice limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, process, and display that information only as needed to provide your requested assistance, maintain your account, protect the service, and handle support requests. This includes sending your conversation and relevant saved work to our AI provider to generate replies.

This is not permission to sell your content, publish your private conversations, or add them to our teaching library. Deletion and necessary backup, security, transaction, and provider retention are described in the privacy notice. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Use roles instead of names and omit confidential, privileged, identifying, health, and financial-account details. Rights in Scripture editions and other third-party material remain with their existing rights holders where applicable.

Responsible use and access restrictions

Do not use the service to threaten, discriminate, manipulate religious participation, conceal wrongdoing, invade privacy, evade access limits, or harm others. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete saved decisions. If we discontinue a paid package or cannot deliver its promised access, our refund commitments still apply. Access to exports and deletion may be limited temporarily when necessary to protect an account or comply with law.

Separately granted complimentary access is not a purchase. It expires on the date shown on the access page, can be revoked, and is limited to five generation attempts per day, including unsuccessful attempts. It is distinct from the standard three-reply free conversation.

Service availability and warranties

Except for our express commitments in these terms, Faithful Decisions and its automated responses are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free responses, or a particular personal, spiritual, business, or financial result. This section does not reduce the package, access, privacy, or refund commitments we expressly make, or any warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rama Douglas's total liability to you arising out of or relating to Faithful Decisions or these terms, including claims for breach of contract or ordinary negligence, is limited to the greater of $100 or the total fees you paid for Faithful Decisions during the 12 months before the event first giving rise to the claim.

This limit does not apply to our stated refund obligations; fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence; or any liability, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms waives rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. If a limitation is not permitted in your circumstances, it does not apply to that extent.

Governing law and where disputes are heard

Texas law governs these terms and disputes arising out of or relating to the service, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would select another state's law, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise. You retain any nonwaivable protections available under the law where you live.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in a court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, or a federal court serving Dallas County, and you and Rama Douglas consent to those courts' personal jurisdiction for those disputes. Either party may instead bring an eligible claim in a small-claims court with lawful jurisdiction and venue. You may also use a court where you live when mandatory consumer law gives you that right. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to a jury trial. If this forum provision is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim may be brought in any court with lawful jurisdiction and venue.

Changes and earlier agreements

This version applies prospectively to a new free conversation or purchase when you accept it. We will retain earlier versions and identify the version accepted for your free conversation or purchase. These new warranty, liability, and dispute provisions do not retroactively change an earlier accepted agreement or a claim arising under it. An existing paid package keeps the terms accepted when it was purchased unless you separately agree to a change. A later purchase requires a new choice and may be offered on updated terms.

We will post an updated effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes will not reduce the duration, included usage, or refund rights of an already purchased package without your agreement. Materially different uses of personal information will require any additional notice or permission required by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of the agreement remains effective to the extent permitted by law, without reducing mandatory consumer rights.

Earlier agreements remain available: September 26, 2026, version 2 and September 17, 2026. Existing purchases and free conversations retain the terms accepted for them; any separately accepted formation-program invitation remains governed by its agreement.
