The 30-day period starts when your payment is verified. There is no automatic renewal. Unused replies expire with the package. A daily limit of 30 requests, including unsuccessful attempts, helps protect the service; failed replies do not use your package allowance.

Request a full refund within 7 days of verified payment through this page or ramadouglas@gmail.com. Refunding ends access to new replies; your saved work remains available. Stripe and your bank determine when the refund appears.
